Career Transition/Outplacement Support Programmes

Career Transition Services for Individuals

We offer support to individuals from all levels of your organisation. We have 3 types of programme that can be selected, depending on the level of support required.

2 month Programme – This programme provides support for your technical specialists, administration staff, business professionals and team leaders and includes advice, information and coaching for all the practical aspects of preparing for and conduction a job search, including skills assessment, CV and cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, preparation for all types of interviews, making career choices and conducting a balanced and successful job search.

3 month programme – This programme is suitable for your professionals, technical specialists, and middle to senior managers who may need a little longer to prepare and carry out their job search. Again, we cover all the practical aspects of preparing for and conduction a job search, including skills assessment, CV and cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, preparation for all types of interviews, making career choices and conducting a balanced and successful job search. In this more competitive job market we also put emphasis on networking as a job search strategy as well as ensuring that each individual can present a positive approach to the market. There is also the opportunity to explore other ways of working such as contracting, executive leasing, consulting or self employment.

6 – 12 month programme – For C suite, as well as some General Management and Senior Manager levels it is often appropriate to offer the same range of services but to provide these services for a longer period of time, in order to ensure that each individual feels fully supported.

Group Workshops

Our workshops are a cost-effective way to provide support to groups of staff wanting advice and support regarding the next step in their career. We can provide workshops for up to 10 individuals at a time. These workshops cover topics such as CV preparation, interview skills, dealing with recruitment agencies, understanding psychometric testing, marketing via social media (LinkedIn).
