Business Analyst – Contract to June 2026
$120–$130 per hour | Start ASAP | Wellington

I’m recruiting for a seasoned Business Analyst for a long-term contract running through to June 2026.

You’ll join a high-performing team of around 60 people, reporting into the BA Practice Lead, and working alongside a team of seven experienced BAs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, works confidently with senior stakeholders, and enjoys delivering meaningful, large-scale work.

What you’ll be working on

• Holiday Act and payroll remediation programmes
• Interpreting and implementing union and collective agreement changes
• Data remediation and analysis using SQL
• Running workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping
• Managing stakeholder engagement across a complex organisation

What we’re looking for

• A well-rounded BA with excellent communication and relationship skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability
• Confident using SQL (experience with data remediation is great)
• Someone who can start as soon as possible

Additional details

• Organisation shuts down 24 Dec – 5 Jan, so they’re keen to have someone secured well before then
• Long runway of work through to mid-2026
• Supportive BA Practice within a large, collaborative digital environment
