Are you an experienced Dynamics CRM consultant who enjoys tackling complex organisational challenges, guiding delivery teams, and shaping strategic digital outcomes?

A leading consultancy with a strong presence across both public and private sector organisations is seeking a Lead Dynamics CRM Solutions Consultant to join their Wellington-based team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing enterprise-grade solutions, mentoring others, and driving innovation across the Dynamics and Power Platform landscape.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing end-to-end CRM and customer experience solutions using Microsoft Business Applications, including Power Platform tools.
  • Providing technical leadership across mixed teams of functional consultants, analysts, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Supporting the growth of internal capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and contributing to reusable solution patterns.
  • Leading internal initiatives aimed at enhancing product offerings, accelerators, or best practice frameworks.
  • Acting as a senior representative within the broader CRM and low-code community through thought leadership, events, and knowledge exchange.

Skills & Experience

  • Around 10+ years working with enterprise CRM platforms, ideally with deep experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
  • Previous leadership of large, complex digital transformation projects, experience in regulated or government environments advantageous.
  • Strong background in solution design, business analysis, configuration, and technical delivery across CRM ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with identifying opportunities for AI enablement and integrating AI-driven capabilities into business applications.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development or improve code quality.
  • Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Confident communicator across written documentation, presentations, workshops, and senior-level forums.
  • Ability to partner closely with customers to translate business challenges into practical, technology-led solutions.
