About the role
Step into a hands-on People Advisor role where you’ll support leaders across a diverse portfolio, providing end-to-end advice across the employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in driving people practices, supporting organisational change, and strengthening leadership capability.

This role will see you working across employee and industrial relations, talent and engagement initiatives, learning and development, and policy and process improvement. You’ll bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to constructively challenge and coach leaders to achieve better people outcomes, aligned with best practice HR frameworks.

Duties

  • Partner with leaders on all people-related matters across your portfolio
  • Manage complex employment relations cases end-to-end, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Support and advise on union interactions and collective agreement application
  • Deliver and support learning, development and engagement initiatives
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve people performance
  • Contribute to policy, process and system improvements

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in HR Advisor level roles
  • Strong employment relations capability, including complex case management
  • Experience working with unions and collective agreements
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Resilient, calm and emotionally intelligent in complex environments
