We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, social, and high-energy HR team. You’ll be part of a small but mighty HR team that’s passionate about making an impact and building capability for the future.
This role offers a good blend of strategic and operational HR, with a lean towards Learning & Development (L&D) and Organisational Development (OD). If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love shaping capability, this could be your next big move.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with leaders across Auckland and nationally to deliver end-to-end Generalist HR support.
  • Acting as the go-to HR expert on the ground for the Auckland office.
  • Driving capability uplift across the organisation
  • Translating global HR strategies into local solutions that work for NZ teams.

What you’ll bring

You’re an experienced HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll have a solid HR generalist background and ideally experience in L&D or OD—or at least a genuine passion for these areas. You’re confident navigating complexity, particularly within large or global organisations, and you know how to localise global frameworks for NZ. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels will set you apart. A background working in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
