We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist on a permanent basis for one of our key clients to support their inbound call centre for a busy nationwide service. You will bring exceptional customer service skills where you listen with empathy and can take ownership of issues and be solutions focused. This role is based in a prime location in Wellington CBD. Successful candidates will:

  • Be able to work a rotating roster of hours between 7am – 7pm, Monday – Saturday
  • Ideally have call centre experience or come from a retail or hospitality background (or similar)
  • Be tech savvy and quick to pick up systems and processes
  • Have a strong eye for detail and work effectively under pressure
