Data Lead – 18month fixed term contract

Join a large scale enterprise wide programme looking at a major upgrade of Corporate Service Systems

This role is to lead Data initiatives for this key programme of work.  The focus will be to centralise personnel data in to SAP Successfactors. This role will involve setting up the future state data architecture and governance framework. Whilst ensuring the programme delivers on its key benefits and operational efficiency. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing a centralised master data structure.
• Leading data migration and integrity processes.
• Establishing governance principles and driving business acceptance.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in data architecture and governance within ERP/HRIS environments.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP ECC.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects.
