We’re looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst and HRIS specialist for a 12-month fixed term or public sector secondment arrangement where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping workforce analytics. You’ll design and deliver meaningful insights that enable informed decision-making, improve workforce planning, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
From developing robust data models and forecasting scenarios to creating intuitive dashboards and partnering with leaders, this role is all about turning data into actionable strategies that help the workforce to thrive. You’ll also collaborate across functions, champion workforce planning tools, and build analytical capability within the People team.

You will be a data storyteller with expertise in HR analytics and reporting on people-specific data. You can translate complex insights into practical solutions and have strong commercial acumen. Proficiency in tools like Excel, HR systems, and Power BI is key, along with experience designing and maintaining dashboards.
