A trusted NZ known Organisation is recruiting a Level 1 Service Desk team with a focus on timely and quality support.

This is a 6 month fixed term role to backfill somebody on a secondment but may have the opportunity to convert to a permanent role

As the front facing contact point for technology support, you will work within a wider team to support different branches based throughout New Zealand with this opportunity offering upskilling from the get-go with the Service Desk Analyst team working closely with the Desktop Support Team.

Working within an Azure environment that has technology teams including Developers, Cloud Engineers, System Engineers, and Desktop Support Analysts you will have the opportunity to gain wide technology exposure with internal pathways to progress your career.

Key Experience Required:

  • Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
  • Intune
  • TeamViewer
  • Ticketing system experience
  • O365 Admin experience
  • Certifications and/or relevant qualification
  • L1 SDA experience 
  • Clear and personable communication skills are a must have 
  • 1-3 years experience
