This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing product team at an exciting stage of growth, building new, globally-scalable products that are changing the way professional services businesses operate.

You’ll be joining a modern engineering environment that values delivery, outcomes and strong product thinking, working hands-on across a full-stack Microsoft platform, with the chance to shape new capabilities including AI-enabled tooling and intelligent integrations. If you love building new products, moving fast with purpose and doing meaningful work with a collaborative team, this one’s worth a look.

You’ll play a key role in building and evolving a modern “Intelligent Workspace” integration platform, contributing to product discovery, technical strategy and high-quality delivery across cloud and web applications.

Your work will include:

  • Designing and building scalable cloud-based platforms and new product experiences
  • Working across C#/.NET APIs and modern JavaScript web applications
  • Helping run spikes, experiments, and prototypes to validate feasibility and shape product direction
  • Improving engineering practices around architecture, automation, testing, and delivery discipline
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Research, and Go-To-Market teams
  • Mentoring and influencing other engineers to lift quality and delivery outcomes

We’re looking for someone who combines strong engineering capability with a delivery-first mindset and who thrives in a product-led environment.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Strong experience building full-stack solutions on the Microsoft platform
(C#, .NET, cloud-based APIs, modern web frontends)
  • Experience delivering within a SaaS and product engineering environment
  • Strong capability designing and building distributed cloud-based systems
  • A quality-first approach, including automated testing
  • The ability to influence technical direction and mentor others
  • Confidence working in an Agile delivery environment
  • A product mindset — focused on outcomes, iteration, and customer value

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft certification(s)
  • Experience with patterns such as EDA, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Hexagonal Architecture
  • Exposure to TDD or disciplined engineering practices
  • Interest or experience in AI tooling and intelligent product workflows

Why this role?

  • Build new products and platforms (not just BAU)
  • Be part of a team that values outcomes, speed, and quality
  • Get exposure to AI-enabled product development
  • Join at a time of high growth, where your impact will be felt immediately
  • Work with a collaborative, cross-functional product team

Ideally Wellington-based, however NZ remote is absolutely on the table for the right person.
