About the role:
Our client are a unique crown entity organisation who are seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner to join their HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Director and contributing as a key member of the HR leadership team, this is a true partnering role, where you will bring your toolkit to create options in response to business need, positively impacting on organisational performance, culture and engagement, wellbeing, succession planning, and leadership capability. 

About you:

  • Demonstrated leader in an OD partnering role, with a proven record of collaboration and impact
  • Professional and approachable with the ability to engage and influence effectively across all levels
  • Skilled in designing and developing OD solutions tailored to business needs
  • Dynamic and innovative, with the ability to work in ambiguity and in a way that is iterative
  • Proven success in lifting HR partner team capability and impact
  • Experience building resources to uplift leadership capability
  • Change management expertise would be advantageous
  • Track record of a solutions-focused approach, with the ability to think strategically as well as operationally
