About the role: 

We’re supporting a well-established manufacturing organisation that’s looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to provide short-term support during a busy period.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role covering a mix of corporate roles (around 80% which will include IT, sales, finance and general support) and operational positions (around 20%).

You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the business, providing practical recruitment advice and keeping roles moving from brief through to offer.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational roles
• Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and agree on timelines
• Advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing offers
• Supporting onboarding and ensuring a positive candidate experience

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Comfortable recruiting across both corporate and operational environments
• Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
• Available for a 3-month fixed-term role or contract
