We are seeking a Senior MD365 CRM Consultant to join a growing D365 Consultancy experiencing rapid customer growth.  Working within a highly specialist Dynamics team portfolio, you will provide a high level of MD365 CRM Consultancy experience.

The preferred candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• Experience in leading and delivering large scale enterprise level projects across corporate, Government and private sector customers.
• Extensive solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration and delivery.
• Experience in identifying use cases and implementing AI solutions
• Experience with using AI to aid with writing code
• Proven leadership in delivering successful projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work as part of a nationwide Dynamics team to deliver a high level of solution design.
• Excellent communication skills across written, presentation, and workshop formats.
• Ability to guide stakeholders in solving business problems through technology.
• Flexibility to work within a hybrid working environments across multiple sites as required.
