About the role
This is an opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s most recognisable brands and join forces with their finance team and support them in maintaining their legacy data within their payments function.

This role is perfect for someone who is immediately available, has a strong comprehension of transactional accounting and a solid background within the accounts receivable space that loves problem solving.

This is a temporary employment assignment with approximately 6 – 8 weeks of tenure to successfully complete this piece of work. You must be available to start this role by late February 2026.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for analysing long range outstanding payment data and pulling together reports via MS Excel to update their portfolio of outstanding debtors.

The objective of this role is to locate customer files with outstanding debt and build data via MS Excel so the organisation can recommence payment plans with these clients.

Ideally, you’ll have the following experience:

• At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience
• Comfortable with analysing and processing outstanding debt.
• Able to compile financial data for credit control purposes.
• Competent with accounting systems and MS Excel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in working independently with minimal direction.
