About the role
Join a supportive and collaborative Insurance Service team where you’ll support customers across phone and digital channels, providing solutions, resolving issues and focusing on retention through a high-quality, empathetic service experience. You’ll regularly speak with customers who may be calling with concerns, so the ability to build rapport, problem-solve and remain resilient is key. Working across multiple systems, you’ll deliver accurate information, complete administration and ensure each interaction meets quality and compliance standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is technically confident, and takes pride in delivering great outcomes.

Duties

  • Support customers across phone, email and digital channels
  • Resolve queries, complaints and policy-related requests
  • Focus on customer retention and positive outcomes
  • Navigate multiple systems to update records and provide accurate information
  • Complete all call-related administration accurately and efficiently
  • Meet KPIs across retention, call quality, customer satisfaction and productivity
  • Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement

Skills & experience

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience preferred
  • Resilient and confident handling challenging conversations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technically confident and quick to learn new systems
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Positive team player with a solutions-focused mindset
