We’re looking for a hands-on Retail Operations Process Analyst to support the mapping, documentation, and improvement of key Retail Operations processes. This is a delivery-focused, support role ideal for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys getting into the detail, clarifying how things really work, and identifying practical improvements.
  
You’ll play a vital role in reviewing and strengthening workflows such as the Prize Claim Form process, new store setup, and other Retail Operations processes, working closely with teams across the business. This role is not a leadership position; your work will provide clarity, highlight opportunities for improvement, and create clear, practical documentation that supports daily operations.
  
What you’ll be doing

  • Map out the current Retail Operations processes end-to-end, including the Prize Claim Form and New Store setup workflows
  • Design and document future-state processes that are simple, clear, and easy to follow
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing workflows
  • Create practical process documentation, procedures, and communications using everyday language
  • Support the rollout of updated processes across Retail Operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to check assumptions and resolve potential issues

What you’ll bring

  • Solid experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on process mapping and improvement
  • Confidence using tools like Visio. Experience with Figma is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement, Lean, or similar ways of working
  • Comfortable working in Agile, including Kanban or Sprint-style workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Collaborative mindset, able to influence outcomes without formal authority
