Project Manager – ICT & Corporate Integration We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the rapid integration of ICT and corporate functions to achieve Day 1 operational readiness, followed by ongoing uplift.

This role operates within a fast-paced, multi-agency programme environment with parallel workstreams, tight timeframes, and high complexity. Success requires decisive leadership, short-cycle planning, proactive risk management, and clear, action-oriented reporting to governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ICT and Information Management integration across systems, identity, networks, HRIS, finance, and M365 to enable seamless Day 1 functionality and future roadmap delivery.
  • Oversee risk, dependency, and critical path management, including cutover planning and service continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with Public Records, OIA, and Privacy obligations during transition.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level stakeholder relationships across organisations.
  • Provide confident leadership to drive alignment, momentum, and delivery outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-agency or enterprise integrations, ideally within the NZ public sector.
  • Strong background in ICT and corporate function integration.
  • Skilled in RAID management, dependency mapping, and Board-ready reporting.
  • Able to simplify complexity, make pragmatic trade-offs, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Proficient in M365 and collaboration tools; experience in identity, data migration, and information management advantageous.
