We are seeking an outstanding marketing systems specialist to join a supportive organisation on a permanent basis.

About the role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Engagement, you will run the day-to-day marketing operations end-to-end to ensure this organiations marketing runs smoothly.

You will own the execution, automation, and optimisation of marketing activity across CRM, digital, and essential traditional channels.
  
Key duties

• Own and optimise CRM-driven engagement and lifecycle journeys.
• Build and manage automated EDM campaigns, segmentation, and email deployment.
• Reduce manual marketing through automation, strong system use, and process optimisation.
• Manage social media, website content, and day-to-day brand consistency.
• Deliver and track campaigns for courses, events, and programmes, including reporting and improvements.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have a high level of communication skills. You will be a critical member of the organisation, bringing strong organisation and attention to detail. In addition to this, the successful candidate must have the following

• Experience in digital marketing or marketing automation.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven EDM and lifecycle marketing capability.
• Social media management experience.
• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop; Illustrator advantageous).
