About the role
Join a busy delivery-focused team and utilise your coordination experience in a hands-on role supporting workflow across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in ensuring requests, documentation, and actions are managed efficiently, helping the team deliver on important housing initiatives.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage high volumes of emails, coordinate information across the group, and track actions to ensure deadlines are met. You will be supporting a range of workstreams, requiring strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. This role requires someone who can quickly get up to speed, confidently communicate with stakeholders, and provide reliable coordination support across a busy team.

Duties

  • Coordinate workflow across the team, ensuring tasks and actions are tracked and completed
  • Manage high volumes of emails and incoming requests
  • Request, review and share documentation across stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Follow up on actions to ensure deadlines are met
  • Respond to queries and support workflow requirements across the group
  • Identify and escalate workflow risks or issues
  • Contribute to reporting and support process improvements

Skills & experience

  • Previous Project Coordinator experience or strong coordination experience in a busy environment
  • Experience managing high volumes of work and competing priorities
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Confident communicator, able to work across multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to work methodically
  • Confident using Excel for day-to-day tasks
  • Ability to quickly learn systems and hit the ground running
