Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience with HRIS Workday implementation experience to support the Workday HR stream of their transformation programme. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive business analysis, process improvement, and data alignment.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for the HR workstream, validating with internal stakeholders and SMEs, and ensuring the Workday solution is designed to meet the business needs of the organisation.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to gather business requirements and document them in line with business and Workday’s best practices.
  • Validate requirements with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and functional leads
  • Document and map current and future state business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Support data cleansing and migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
  • Collaborate with functional leads to ensure solution design is aligned with business needs
  • Support testing activities, defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria, tracking defects, and assisting with retesting.
  • Contribute to change readiness efforts, including training materials and communications

Essential Experience:

  • 5–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst across HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, particularly Workday HRIS.
  • Experience with data cleansing, data migration, and business process mapping
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure solution design meets business needs
  • Experience with testing, UAT, and change management activities
