This includes forecasting workforce supply and demand, designing future workforce models, and developing long-term resourcing strategies to optimise service delivery.

You will play a key role in identifying future capability needs, analysing skills gaps, and partnering across the People and Capability function to build strong talent pipelines and learning solutions.
