Candidate bucket ownership & sourcing
You will own multiple technology job families and be the go-to person for those talent communities. You’ll learn the roles, research the market, and add new candidates regularly so our pipeline is always ready for new briefs.
 
 

End-to-end candidate management
This is a people-first role. You will conduct professional registration interviews, lead role-focused assessments, prepare CVs and concise candidate summaries, and provide interview coaching and feedback. You will also manage candidate compliance and administration, including references, declarations and required documentation, and guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process with clear communication and commercial advice.

Client and consultant collaboration
You will work closely with consultants and hiring managers by taking job briefs, joining client conversations when needed, and presenting concise candidate updates so everyone is aligned and interviews run smoothly.

Database and compliance
Keeping our candidate records accurate and searchable matters. You will code skills and roles clearly, log conversations and make sure all declarations and background checks are completed before submission, which keeps sourcing quick and compliant.

Post-placement care and what success looks like
We care about people after they start. You will help with welcome touches and ongoing check-ins, and you will keep our pipeline healthy by adding fresh candidates and promoting the best profiles to consultants. Success here is about building strong, lasting relationships and consistently delivering high-quality talent.

Growth and development
This is a growth role. We will coach and support you as you learn the market, and there is clear progression as you build commercial and client-facing experience, including opportunities into client-side consulting as you develop.

About you
You will likely bring experience in business, relationship management or a sales environment. You are commercially curious, interested in technical roles and market trends, professional and confidential, and an excellent communicator by phone and in writing. You are organised and comfortable using systems to manage candidate relationships, or keen to learn. Above all, bring a candidate-first mindset: supportive, responsive and focused on delivering great experiences.
