H2R Technology are looking a Principal Consultant -M365 to join a Private Sector Consulting business as they expand their service offering for M365.

They need a Guru; a senior M365 expert who can architect at scale—and still dive in to solve the tough problems. This is a principal-level role for a true practitioner. You’ll lead complex engagements, shape modern workplace strategy, and deliver real outcomes across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI. When the work is high-stakes and high-complexity, you’re the person clients trust.

You move seamlessly from boardroom conversations to hands-on delivery—turning architecture into reality, governance into momentum, and AI ambition into something that actually works.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading architecture and delivery across M365, Power Platform, and Co-pilot
• Designing tenant-wide standards for complex environments
• Partnering with clients to shape Modern Workplace roadmaps
• Solving complex identity, governance, and cross-tenant challenges
• Building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that remove real business friction
• Embedding governance, security, and guardrails that enable speed
• Turning AI/Copilot into practical, trusted solutions
• Establishing scalable patterns, playbooks, and reference architectures
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor and uplifting those around you

What you bring

• 8–12+ years in Microsoft environments, with senior/lead experience across M365
• Deep, hands-on expertise across the M365 ecosystem
• Strong Power Platform delivery experience (Apps, Automate, governance)
• Proven capability designing and enforcing tenant-wide governance (identity, security, lifecycle)
• Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity, retention, eDiscovery)
• Exposure to Copilot/AI readiness or deployment in M365
• A strong consulting mindset—credible, pragmatic, and client-focused
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (highly regarded)
