We are seeking experienced Principal HR Advisors on a 12‑month fixed term basis. These roles have been created to provide specialist capability during a period of transition across the organisation. 
  
We’re looking for candidates with strong employment relations expertise, the ability to manage complex people matters, and confidence working directly with senior and executive leaders. You will also play a key role in uplifting capability across the HR Advisory team and strengthening relationships with internal stakeholders and unions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide expert advice and leadership on complex disciplinary, behavioural, attendance and performance matters, including leading and supporting ER investigations.
• Partnering with Senior and Executive leaders and developing trusted relationships to build their confidence and skills in managing people issues.
• Assist with HR Advisory reporting and analysis.
• Working with unions on individual cases to resolve concerns efficiently and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Support the development of less experienced HR Advisors through coaching, work review, and quality assurance.

To be considered for these opportunities you will bring deep specialist knowledge within an HR generalist or HR Advisory environment. Need to have experience in disciplinary processes, employment investigations, and complex ER case management including experience in managing high-risk behaviour, attendance and performance related matters with the ability to confidently influence and advise Senior and Executive leaders.
