Are you an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst looking for a permanent role.

The following skills and experience are required:

• A relevant qualification in IT 
• 1 year+ experience in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills 
• The ability and desire to learn quickly and pick up new skills
• Entra and Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange Online Administration (M365)
• Build, configure and maintain desktop, laptop and mobile devices 
• Manage software with Intune
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential

This role is based in the Hutt Valley and you will be required to be on-site.
