Financial Controller (4-Month Contract – Immediate Start)

$150,000 – $160,000 

We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller with proven FC or Finance Manager experience, who thrives in change, brings an Agile mindset, and leads with common sense and positivity.
This is a 4-month contract with an immediate start, where you’ll add value from the get-go.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a small, capable finance team
• Staying close to the detail – this is a hands-on role
• Navigating change with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Delivering accurate, timely financial reporting
• Bringing structure, clarity, and momentum

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Financial Controller or Finance Manager experience
• Available to start immediately
• Experience with systems implementation or transformation
  (e.g. TechOne, MYOB, SAP or similar)
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
• Pragmatic, down-to-earth approach
• A supportive leader who leads from the front
