Permanent role – Senior Credit Control – WFH 1 day

We are looking for a highly skilled Credit Controller to exceed expectations in this senior role. This position is working with a range of clients, understanding their businesses, their needs, and finding the best ways to minimise or entirely solve their credit defaults.

This position takes a specialist who is able to make those hard decisions regardless of the client they are dealing with, yet still protect the relationship, someone that is always able to look at an account from a holistic point of view, and work together with the client and reduce the debt.

Together with the above, you must be able to work together well with the Credit Control team collaboratively, utlising each others skills and abilities. This is a cohesive, happy team and supportive team.

Ideally you will be:

– passionate about working with businesses and individuals 
– truly interested in credit control and assisting people / businesses with this
– happy to work with a team, not be a lone ranger
– be someone who enjoys working in the office with a team
– have the ability to spot process improvements
– be self lead and proactive
– be good / natural at picking up the phone

This position is situated near all forms of public transport (including train, and is based in the Wellington CBD.

It pays market / market leading base salary rates
WFH is 1 day per week once trained
