Senior Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery — someone who is comfortable working hands-on in complex environments and can translate ambiguity into clear, actionable outcomes.

This role suits a BA who understands SaaS ecosystems, has solid experience with Salesforce, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to deliver real value. Experrience in HRIS or FMIS Systems would be advantageous. 
 
Responsibilties: 

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across SaaS and Salesforce platforms
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose
• Support solution design, including integrations and data flows
• Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions
• Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery and testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement in BA practices and delivery frameworks

Experience: 

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Technical or Senior Business Analyst
• Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
• Strong background in SaaS or custom off-the-shelf software environments
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data modelling concepts
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
