An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team and Customer Support professional to join the team, due to an internal promotion. This is a hands-on role combining reception, customer service, and administration support, ensuring daily operations run smoothly across two office locations. If you’re organised, approachable, and thrive in a varied environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

As the welcoming face of the organisation, you’ll play a key role in creating a professional, inclusive, and manaakitanga-led environment for all who walk through the door.

About the role
You’ll provide customer and administrative support across the group, including:

  • Managing the front desk and maintaining well-presented office spaces
  • Answering calls, resolving queries, and connecting people with the right team members
  • Supporting administration across the team and wider offices
  • Coordinating hui, including catering and room set-up, delivered with care and attention

What you’ll bring

  • Strong administration, customer service, and systems/process experience
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong initiative
  • A natural ability to build relationships with empathy and respect
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks
  • Confidence in a fast-paced, front-facing role
  • Ideally, experience within social services, the public sector, or health environments
