About the role
Play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a partnerships function within a large, well-established organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for keeping multiple workstreams on track, ensuring reporting is delivered accurately, and maintaining strong operational processes across the team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the detail while also understanding how everything connects. You’ll be coordinating across teams such as Marketing, Product, and BI, ensuring deliverables are progressing, stakeholders are aligned, and nothing slips through the cracks.

Duties

  • Prepare meeting packs, take minutes, and track actions across multiple workstreams
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure deliverables are progressing
  • Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation
  • Support internal signoffs and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Manage incidents and liaise with stakeholders to drive resolution

Skills & experience

  • Experience in an operations, project coordination, or partnership support role within a corporate environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail, particularly across reporting and documentation
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Process-driven mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Adaptable and able to pick things up quickly in a fast-paced environment
