About the role
Play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Working closely with the Talent team, HR, and operational leaders, you’ll support ongoing hiring needs across a diverse portfolio, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

This role offers a mix of high-volume recruitment (particularly within community-based roles) alongside office and clinical hiring. You’ll be someone who enjoys working at pace, can manage multiple roles simultaneously, and is confident partnering with stakeholders to keep processes moving and deliver outcomes.

Duties

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer management
  • Post job adverts across ATS and external platforms such as Seek and Trade Me
  • Coordinate and initiate reference checks and manage candidate documentation
  • Prepare and issue employment offers
  • Work closely with stakeholders across HR and Operations to support hiring needs
  • Contribute to recruitment reporting, dashboards, and process improvements

Skills & experience

  • Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally 3 or more years
  • Experience managing both high-volume and professional recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions
  • Comfortable working across ATS/HRIS systems and multiple platforms
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident working with Excel and recruitment data/reporting
