About the role

What you’ll be doing
As a HRIS Analyst you could be responsible for managing system functionalities, or reviewing prospective product upgrades, conducting installations, reviewing redesigns or documenting process maps and building user guides for your new place of work.

Ideally, we’ll be looking for the following relevant experience:

• At least 2 years of HRIS system administration experience
• A solid comprehension of P&C and payroll systems from a user and technical perspective
• Demonstrated exposure to project and BAU environments
• The ability to build training documents and assist new users with assimilating the product
• The ability to conduct system maintenance within the relevant tools
• Comfortable in building working relationships with stakeholders and peers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The legal right to work in New Zealand
