The weather may be cooling off, but things are heating up in the Auckland HR market!

Our team is currently busy working on a range of exciting generalist and HR Business Partner roles across a variety of organisations, and we would love to connect with experienced HR professionals who are open to hearing about what’s out there.

We have HR Generalist/HRBP opportunities ranging from $110K through to $150K+ across Auckland.

Here is a snapshot of some of the roles we are currently working on:

Senior HR Advisor – circa $110-130K
A true partnering role requiring strong generalist HR capability and proven experience building trusted relationships with leaders. This organisation is looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and confident managing a broad HR remit.

Mid-Level HRBP – Purpose-Led Organisation
Working within a small but mighty HR team, this role offers genuine partnering exposure across a highly skilled technical workforce. You’ll need strong ER capability, with the ability to pivot and keep projects moving, as well as a collaborative approach, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders while supporting meaningful organisational outcomes. Salary circa $125K–$140K. 

 Senior HR Business Partner – $145K+
A large, multi site organisation seeking a polished, proactive, and hands-on HR professional. The ideal person will have strong ER experience, enjoy uplifting capability across the business, and genuinely partner with leaders to drive positive outcomes. This role would suit someone commercially savvy, solutions-focused, and who genuinely enjoys partnering with leaders and the HR team.
