We’re currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a well-established organisation based in Glendowie on a temporary basis, covering a team member on extended leave (30-45 days)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership of the AR function, and bringing structure and process improvements to a busy environment.

This role requires someone senior enough to confidently manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable workload while also reviewing and documenting processes, including creating SOPs and improving efficiencies where needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes
• Creating and documenting SOPs to support the wider team
• Following up outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Handling reconciliations and resolving account queries
• Supporting process improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Accounts Receivable experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously and quickly get up to speed
• Experience creating or improving finance processes and SOP documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available to start ASAP

• 30-45-day temporary assignment
• Based in Glendowie
• Immediate start preferred
