About the role
Join a collaborative and growing Talent team supporting specialised recruitment across New Zealand. Working within a strategic sourcing environment, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across complex and hard-to-fill portfolios, partnering closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to build long-term talent pipelines.

Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across specialised talent portfolios
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
• Partner closely with operational leaders and hiring managers across multiple regions
• Manage candidate engagement, interview processes, and offer management
• Support international recruitment processes and stakeholder coordination
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and system updates within SmartRecruiters
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and careers initiatives where required
• Contribute to process improvement and broader talent strategy initiatives

Skills & experience

• Strategic recruitment experience within agency or internal environments
• Experience recruiting internationally and navigating immigration pathways, offshore sourcing, or visa-related processes would be advantageous
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capability
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence and build credibility
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in evolving environments
• Previous exposure to health, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or similarly regulated industries would be highly beneficial
