A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Auckland team for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take on the exciting challenge of expanding our existing Finance and Procurement Portfolio. This is an end-to-end recruitment role, which will see you recruit both permanent and contract roles. Supported by a fantastic Recruitment Co-ordinator, and part of a high performing team, you will be able to focus on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing your pipeline of work, and delivering to your clients.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process for a broad range of roles, including contract and permanent placements.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively source, screen, and match top-tier candidates using multiple channels.
• Carry out marketing and business development activities to expand your client and candidate network.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain strong post-placement relationships with clients and candidates.

Who You Will Be:

We are looking for someone who has proven experience recruiting across a broad range of finance roles, an understanding of the finance sector and a genuine drive to grow an existing portfolio. You will be a confident relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, naturally curious and proactive in your approach.

With a strong track record of delivery, you are adaptable, resilient and thrive managing a fast-paced, agile desk with multiple roles on the go at once. A collaborative team player, you enjoy working in a supportive and fun environment while remaining focused on delivering results and providing a high-quality service to both clients and candidates.
