We’re on the lookout for a fixed term Senior Business Analyst for six months to support a new contract management system.  You must have previously worked on an off the shelf SaaS implementation

You’ll bring structure to complexity, turning ideas and issues into actionable insight and outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Engage widely – lead conversations with business and technical stakeholders to uncover current challenges, future needs, and areas of alignment
• Process mapping of current and future state
• Functional and non-function requirements – working closely with architecture and project team
• Push work forward – build momentum, hold focus, and keep initiatives progressing

What you’ll bring

• Proven background in delivery of a SaaS product
• Confidence in facilitation and communication, with a knack for guiding robust conversations and influencing decisions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills
• A strong sense of ownership and follow-through—you’re someone who delivers
