Sales Enablement Coordinator – IT / Tech Industry | Wellington CBD | Commercial Operations | Career Growth Opportunity

$70,000 – $80,000 depending on experience

Our client, Sentify is looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Enablement Coordinator to join their close-knit Wellington CBD team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and being the person that keeps things moving during a sales process.

You’ll play a key role supporting licensing, sales operations, customer fulfilment, and commercial administration — helping the wider team deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership, and communicates well.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing licensing quotations and renewals
  • Supporting sales and account management teams to help close opportunities quickly and accurately
  • Managing deal registrations and billing profiles with Atlassian
  • Maintaining accurate information across Pipedrive, Xero, and partner systems
  • Coordinating invoicing and commercial documentation
  • Monitoring customer and internal queries through to resolution
  • Keeping workflows organised, documented, and moving forward
  • Supporting a fast-paced sales and operations environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong financial and commercial nous
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Someone who takes pride in accuracy and getting things right the first time
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with strong follow-through
  • Experience in commercial admin, finance support, procurement, sales support, or operations is advantageous

Flexibility & Hours

Initially, standard business hours will apply during training. Following this period, flexibility will be required to support US-based sales teams, with rostered start times between approximately 5:00am-9:00am.
If you start early you finish early!

Rostered Saturday morning support may also occasionally be required either on an over time (paid), or next availaable day off basis.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, reliable, and eager to grow within a commercial technology business. You might be a reletively new entrant to the workforce, or someone with prior experience in financial services, tech sales etc. We are open to both.
