Work with a Hamilton-based, public-sector organisation to support them with all things Health & Safety.  Partnering with leaders across a dedicated portfolio, this role will play a key part in guiding and coaching across the full generalist Health & Safety remit.

Reporting into the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships within your portfolio, acting as the go to person for all things safety.  You will contribute to both strategic and operational Health & Safety initiatives, driving a safety culture that encourages reporting and striving for positive outcomes. 

Ideally, you will have some if not all of the following:

• Confidence and experience in building relationships with managers and employees across a business
• Proactive and pragmatic approach
• 7-10+ years working in Health & Safety
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Team player and collaborative style
• Business acumen and commercial outlook
• Experience working in a range of industries
