Great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with SV Security Clearance to join a progressive project team to drive the Enterprise Platform Services to the business.

Based in Auckland’s North Shore you will have the following skills and expertise to be successful in this role:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working closely with Product teams to deliver a high level of solution.
• Proven experience uplifting IT operations maturity across multiple teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring, threshold design, and alerting practices.
• Experience designing and embedding ITSM workflows, preferably within Cherwell.
• Strong operational procedure/SOP authoring skills with practical operational depth.
• Demonstrated capability in cross-team coaching, facilitation, and capability uplift.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent work management tooling.
• Familiarity with SRE concepts such as toil reduction and operational playbooks.
• Background in EPS-relevant domains such as Cloud Infrastructure, Networks, Enterprise Applications, or IDAM.
• Experience working in regulated, controlled and  technical environments

To be considered for this role you will be currently based in Auckland and hold a current Secret Vetting (SV) security clearance.
