About the opportunity

We’re working with a purpose-driven organisation seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a busy, high-volume customer support function. This is a great opportunity to lead a well-established team and play a key role in maintaining high service standards while driving continuous improvement.
  
Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team within a contact centre environment
  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer enquiries
  • Monitor daily operations, rostering, and performance metrics
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve service targets
  • Drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
  • Support reporting, analysis, and operational planning

About you

  • Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume or customer service environment
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop others
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Confident using systems and working with data/reporting
  • Solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
