The opportunity
  
We are partnering with a well-regarded organisation to recruit an Organisational Development Advisor to join their People & Capability team.
  
This is an exciting time to join, with a strong programme of work underway focused on building capability, strengthening leadership, and embedding a high-performance, inclusive culture.
As OD Advisor, you will contribute to the development and delivery of key organisational initiatives while taking ownership of smaller projects or defined components of larger programmes. You’ll also play a hands-on role in supporting operational OD activity.
  
In this role you will:
  

  • Support the design and delivery of OD strategy, plans and initiatives that focus on building culture and capability
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of organisational development projects which could include enterprise wide capability development, leadership development, performance management and DEI initiatives
  • Assist with enterprise-wide targeted capability uplift offerings and solutions
  • Provide operational support across OD processes, including managing learning applications and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS)

  
About you
  
To succeed in this role you will bring:
  

  • Experience working in Organisational Development or a related HR role, ideally at Advisor level (or ready to step up)
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver pieces of work, either independently or as part of a larger programme
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to self-manage workload
  • A willingness to balance project-based work with operational or administrative responsibilities
  • Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
