About the opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced Support Officer for a short-term contract. This is a hands-on, busy role supporting a corporate office environment and acting as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, and service providers.

About the role

In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day workplace and facilities support, ensuring the smooth running of the office. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to keep operations efficient and well-coordinated.

Key responsibilities include:

• Front-of-house reception and visitor management
• Coordinating workplace and facilities requests
• Supporting health & safety activities and site processes
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and contractors
• Assisting with fleet coordination and general office support
• Supporting onboarding/offboarding and meeting room operations
• Providing basic technical and troubleshooting support

About you

You’ll be a proactive and approachable team player with a strong customer service focus and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• Experience in workplace support, facilities or administration
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic technology
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
