We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join a large, well-established organisation based in Wellington for a temporary assignment through to late September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their HR or recruitment experience while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 
  
The Opportunity
  
In this varied role, you’ll provide coordination and administrative support across a range of HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment activities. Recruitment-related responsibilities make up a significant portion of the role and will see you working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider HR team.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communications. 
• Manage HR and recruitment inboxes, responding to enquiries and escalating where required.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist with employment documentation and team administration.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders and contribute to process improvements.

About You
  
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Previous administration or coordination experience.
• Exposure to HR, recruitment, or people-related functions.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team.
