Payroll & HRIS Reporting Specialist (Contract)
$90–$95 per hour |  Work From Office |  6-Month Contract | 
32 hours per week across 3 days

Are you a detail-driven Payroll and HRIS reporting expert ready to start work in a friendly team? We’re looking for a confident specialist to step into a fast-paced, supportive HR/Payroll team and own payroll processing and reporting across the organisation.

You will work with a perminent HR / payroll coordinator.

What you’ll be doing

• Summarising fortnightly payroll transactions for HR Manager approval
• Processing employee changes and updates in Jemini (HRIS)
• Preparing payroll variance reports and investigating discrepancies
• Releasing payslips following completion of direct credit files
• Delivering accurate, timely payroll reporting
• Acting as the sole HRIS reporting specialist, owning and enhancing reporting across the business

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll
• Strong HRIS experience 
• Advanced reporting capability with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
