You will work alongside Project Managers, the Project Director and wider delivery teams across several key workstreams, including legacy systems, integration and cloud, front-end delivery, and data and analytics.

This is a complex programme involving multiple vendors, internal teams and senior stakeholders. You will play an important role in keeping delivery organised, ensuring actions are followed up and maintaining clear, accurate project information.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate meetings, workshops and programme activities
  • Maintain project schedules, action logs and key documentation
  • Support reporting, risks, issues and dependency tracking
  • Follow up actions with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Prepare meeting packs, minutes, status updates and project materials
  • Maintain strong document control and information hygiene
  • Support Project Managers with planning and delivery coordination
  • Assist with establishing consistent processes and project guides

About you

You will be an organised and proactive Co-ordinator who can work effectively in a fast-moving programme environment.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience supporting technology or business transformation projects
  • Strong organisation, scheduling and co-ordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and document-management capability
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on actions
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments

Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, systems integration, front-end, data or analytics projects would be beneficial.

The team will initially work together in the office five days per week while the programme is established, moving to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working from home.

The salary is up to $105,000, depending on experience.
