H2R Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Remediation Specialist to join a major organisation delivering a significant payroll remediation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has successfully worked on large-scale payroll remediations within complex corporate, government, or enterprise environments and enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver critical outcomes.

The Role Working closely with the Payroll Team, Payroll Administration Team, and a wide range of stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting and driving payroll remediation activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and successful delivery throughout the programme.

Key Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering large payroll remediation projects
• Experience working within large and complex organisations
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, compliance, and remediation activities
• Experience with enterprise payroll systems such as:
  • Work Day
  • SAP
  • TechnologyOne (TechOne)
  • Or other large-scale payroll platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with payroll teams, business leaders, and multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
