H2R Technology are currently seeking a Business Analysis Lead to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the business analysis practice within a small Crown Entity.

About the Role
This role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving business analysis standards, methodologies, frameworks, and artefacts, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality analysis across projects, business change initiatives, and operational activities.

As a recognised subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and quality assurance across requirements elicitation, business process modelling, documentation standards, testing integration, and business analysis best practice. You’ll be instrumental in driving the maturity of the practice and enabling effective business outcomes through robust analysis capability.

Working closely with leaders, stakeholders, and business analysts, you will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and expert advice across a diverse portfolio of work. You will champion continuous improvement, promote consistency and quality, and support strategic and operational initiatives through strong analytical thinking, process improvement expertise, and stakeholder engagement.
