About the position:
This is a true generalist role where you’ll be involved in a range of HR functions including employee relations, policy development, and process improvement — all within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  
About you:
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to stand your ground are crucial in this role. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in the grey and providing pragmatic advice to managers across the business.
To hit the ground running, you’ll need significant experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a unionised environment.
