Project Coordinator – Transformation Programme

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator looking to play a key role in a significant organisational transformation? This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity to join a well-established organisation embarking on a major change programme and help coordinate the workstreams that will support its future direction.

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support a large-scale transformation programme. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring projects remain on track, meetings are coordinated effectively, and reporting and documentation are maintained to a high standard. This role will suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinating multiple project workstreams and activities
  • Scheduling meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements
  • Maintaining project plans, trackers and spreadsheets
  • Monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Preparing reports and supporting Board reporting requirements
  • Tracking actions and ensuring follow-up on key deliverables
  • Supporting communication and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Providing general project administration and coordination support

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator position
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting change, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives would be highly regarded
  • The confidence to work autonomously while building effective stakeholder relationships
